We are located in Ilmajoki (north-western Finland).
We have free-delivery, when ordering prams, strollers or safety seats.
Other products’ delivery will be charged at the checkout.
The delivery-cost is 4,90€ to and over it the cost goes by weight.
Letter-sized packets will come by post, 3,90€.
After ordering, the products will be sent, usually within 24 hours, and delivered in about 1-3 working days.
The packets will be delivered automatically to the closest Matkahuolto pick-up-point (R-Kioski, K-Market or normal Matkahuolto), according the pick-up-point you chose. Or with home-delivery, if you chose it.
You will receive a SMS when your packet is ready for you. Our packets are always insured during the delivery.
You need to check the order within 14 days of receiving it. If there is something wrong, missing or broken, please contact us myynti@vaunula.fi

We accept at the moment internet bank-payments by Paytrail Oyj. You can pay on our webshop with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-Pankki, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken. With cards you can use Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit Mastercard and American Express. Mobilepayments Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass and Siirto.
For invoice and part-time payments we use OP, Walley and Klarna. If you want to use part-payment, you will be asked for your personal identification number. When we receive confirmation from credit provider, the products will be sent to you within 24 hours.
You can also pick up the goods from our warehouse, close to Seinäjoki airport.

Warranty:
Our prams and safetyseats have a guarantee from 6 months to 3 years, depending on the product.

Unfortunately we fix only for guarantee the products that are bought from us.
Returning your order:
If you want to return your order or parts of it, contact us via email: myynti@vaunula.fi
You have 14 days time to inform us about the return, and then 14 days time to return the order.
The products must be unused and in original packages. You can still return the goods as usually, you will only be charged the return-costs according our price-list. Or you can return the products at your own costs. We will return the payment to you, when the package is here. We will return also the sending costs from our warehouse to you (despite the extra-costs like home delivery). We do not accept the Posti or Matkahuolto cash-on-delivery (postiennakko).
In returning situations please contact us first, and you will receive all the necessary information.
